Position: Customer Care Coordinator

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Employment Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently.
  • Manage logistics, including routing and dispatching technicians.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure necessary parts and tools are available.
  • Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships and addressing inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service or coordination roles is a plus.
Training: The position offers a combination of remote work and in-person training sessions at our Indianapolis location. Candidates should be available for on-site training as required.
